Where: Our parking lot at 8840 Calumet Ave, in Munster, IN
Activities: Food trucks and other fun planned, must RSVP for FREE food tickets by June 16th. Due to space limitations, no walk-ins allowed. Attendees must RSVP. No food will be available for Sale.

So, we have decided to celebrate with a party for our patients, employees, colleagues, and friends. We also decided to celebrate with a Health & Wellness Fair to share important advancements in combating Chronic Pain.
