When: FRIDAY, June 20th, 2:30pm to 5:00pm
Where: Our parking lot at 8840 Calumet Ave, in Munster, IN
Activities: Food trucks and other fun planned, must RSVP for FREE food tickets by June 16th. Due to space limitations, NO Walk-ins allowed. RSVPs Required. No food will be available for purchase.

Thank you to all of our patients, colleagues, and friends for again voting us #1 in Spine Care and #1 in Pain Management. This is the 14th time we have been voted Best of the Region. So, we have decided to celebrate with a party for our patients, employees, and colleagues.
